How big is it?
Necklaces are about 4 cm wide, magnets and pins 3–5 cm, keychains up to 6 cm. The preview shows the exact size of yours in millimetres.
Which letters can I use?
Latin letters with accents (č, ć, đ, š, ž…), Greek with tonos, Cyrillic, numbers and simple punctuation, in the rounded Comfortaa lettering of our Say It pieces.
When will it arrive?
We print each one for you within 3–5 working days, then it ships like any other order. If it's in an order with other pieces, everything ships together.
Can I return it?
Because it's personalised, a custom piece can't be returned for a change of mind (EU law exempts goods made to the buyer's specifications from the 14-day withdrawal right). If it arrives damaged or faulty, we replace or refund it, of course.
Do you check the text?
Yes. We read every text before printing. If something can't be printed nicely or isn't something we'd print, we write to you and refund in full.
