FAQ
What is the minimum order?
20 pieces per design. You can mix keychains and magnets of the same design.
What does the logo file need to be?
Anything you have. Vector files (SVG, PDF, AI) are ideal, but a clear PNG or JPG is fine: we redraw every logo for print anyway.
Can you match our brand colours?
We print in up to 3 colours from our filament range and pick the closest match to your brand colours. If an exact shade matters, we can send a physical sample first.
How long does it take?
You get a render and a final price within 2 working days. Production takes 7–10 working days after you approve it, plus 1–3 days delivery. Tight deadline? Tell us, we often can help.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, a proper invoice with your company details and VAT number. You can pay by bank transfer or card.
How small can the details be?
Lines thinner than about 0.8 mm don't print well at keychain size. We simplify tiny text and thin lines in the design step and show you the result in the render.
Do you ship outside Greece?
Yes, we ship across the EU. Delivery cost is included in your quote.
Is it really recycled plastic?
Yes, we print with recycled filament wherever the colour exists. If a colour you need only exists in virgin plastic, we'll tell you.
