Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Viva, a secure, PCI-compliant payment provider — we never see your card details. Cash on delivery is available only with ACS home delivery in Greece.
Your order
After you place an order, you receive a confirmation email. Your purchase contract with Catsugi is formed at that point.
Delivery
We ship to Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Croatia and Slovenia. Delivery options, costs and times are set out on our Shipping page.
Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase. For hygiene reasons, earrings must be unworn and on their original card. Our Returns page explains how it works.
Every pair has character
Our pieces are 3D-printed in small batches from recycled plastic. Colours may look slightly different from your screen, and fine print lines are part of each pair's handmade character, not a defect.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Greek law. This does not affect the mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence. If you have any questions, email us at [email protected].
