You can return your order free of charge within 14 days of delivery, no explanation needed.
What we can accept
Because earrings are worn close to the skin, we can only accept pairs that are unworn and still on their original card. Thank you for understanding — it keeps things hygienic for everyone.
How to return
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number.
- We reply with return instructions — including a BoxNow return code where available.
- Send the earrings back on their original card.
- We refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
Arrived damaged?
If something arrives broken or faulty, email a photo to [email protected] and we will send a replacement or refund you.
Caring for your pair
- Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth.
- Keep them away from hot cars and direct heat — recycled PLA softens at around 55–60 °C.
- Take them off before swimming or showering.
