Lighter than a 10-cent coin.
A pair weighs about 3 g. A 10-cent coin weighs 4.1 g. So go big on shape — you'll still forget you're wearing them by lunch.

how we make them
Printed layer by layer.
Every piece is designed by us and 3D-printed from recycled plastic in layers just 0.2 mm thin. That's what makes them so light, and why up close you can see faint layer lines, like the grain in wood.
- 1Designed in-houseWe draw every shape ourselves and test it on real ears until it hangs just right.
- 2Recycled filamentWe print with PLA made from recycled plastic: material that was headed for the bin.
- 3Small batchesThe printer lays down melted plastic one thin layer at a time, so we only make what's needed.
- 4Finished by handWe tidy every edge, attach the hooks and check each pair before it's packed.
the name, explained
Mended with gold.
Kintsugi is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with lacquer and gold. The cracks aren't hidden; they become the most beautiful part of the bowl, and it gets a second life.
Catsugi is our version: cat + kintsugi. Instead of pottery, we mend plastic that was thrown away and give it a new shape worth keeping. The gold seam on our cat says the same thing: nothing is too broken for another life.
